Learn techniques for heavier lifting and how to “spot”
others. Test your lifting limits
safely (45 mins).
Ab Blast: Crunch your way to killer
abs in this ½ hour class aimed at strengthening and toning your core.(30
mins).
Butts & Guts: Want to sculpt a beautiful
booty and strong abs, this is the class for you.
Focusses on bums, tums and thighs. Feel them burn.(45 mins)
