  • Boot camp: A fantastic combination of Cardio , Interval and Strength training, and lots of fun. Rope whips, sled pushes, sandbag carries, tyre flips & more. Get a great workout while having fun. (45 mins).
  • Circuit Training: A great combination of resistance training and high-intensity aerobic exercises. Build strength and endurance at the same time moving from station to station for timed intervals. (45 mins)
  • Metafit: This training combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest Interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire! Set to music but it ain't no dance class! (30 mins)
  • Abs Blast: Crunch your way to killer abs in this 15 min addition to Metafit on Mon & Fri mornings. (15 mins)
